We will be glad to make a visa support for our foreign guests. For visa support please download visa support form, fill it in and send us by fax +7 (812) 328-35-46. You can ask for visa support form by phone or e-mail reservations@nashotel.ru as well. When we receive filled in form we will send you confirmation and tourist voucher by fax. With these documents you can apply for visa in the Russian Embassy. Should you have any questions please contact us by phone +7 (812) 323-22-31.

General terms and conditions:

The hotel provides this service free for all guests who arrive at the hotel. Should the reservation be cancelled or the guest does not arrive, a fee of RUR 1750 will be charged automatically to the credit card for each person who has received a visa support letter.

Dear guests, You have following possibilities to guarantee your booking or extra services:

Credit card. Please load Payment agreement form, fill it in, make a copy of both sides of your credit card and send it back to us. As soon as we get copy of card and payment agreement form we will send you booking confirmation.
