On this web page you can find reservation's terms and conditions and cancellation policy information.

Booking guarantee

Guaranteed booking is held till 7 a.m. on the day following the arrival date.

Non-guaranteed reservation will be released at 6 p.m. on the arrival date.

Reservation could be guaranteed by credit card. To guarantee your reservation please fill in payment agreement form and send it to us by fax +7 (812) 328 35 46 or e-mail reservations@nashotel.ru

To avoid penalties, please cancel your booking:

• from June, 16th till June, 19th 7 days (168 hours) prior to arrival;
• from May, 11th till June, 10th 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival;
• in the remaining period 1 day (24 hours) prior to arrival.

Should the reservation be cancelled or guest does not arrive a fee equal to first night room rate will be charged.

Check-in and check-out time

Guaranteed check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out time is 12 p.m.
Guaranteed early check-in (before 2 p.m.) is available upon request. In this case the cost of one additional night will be charged.

Late check-out can be provided upon availability.

• Late check-out after 12 p.m. and prior to 6 p.m. can be provided for an additional charge of 50% of the room rate;
• A 100% of the room rate is charged for the check-out after 6 p.m.

Foreign guests registration

The hotel makes registration via migration office for foreign guests. The cost of the service is 105 rubles inclusive VAT (18%). Guests should have their migration cards for registration.

Transfer service

If you would like us to organize a transfer please let us know your arrival details not later then 48 hours in advance. Transfer is not included in the room rate. Additional services

The cost of a rollaway bed is 1100 RUB per night including VAT.
The cost of an additional breakfast is 450 rubles including VAT.
