Muraviov Sergey - Front Office Manager.
   Sergey graduated from high school with advanced study of mathematics and English language, was professional sport-dancer, a candidate for master of sports, then graduated with a master degree in management, economics and law. In hospitality Sergey works since 2003. His CV includes such hotels as the Park-inn Pulkovskaya of Rezidor Hotels and Renaissance St. Petersburg Baltic Hotel of Marriott. In NasHOTEL Sergey works since 2007, and since 2008 is a head of Front Office. Sergey with his department is a face of NasHOTEL. They meet our guests with a nice smiles.
   "The first person who greets guests at the hotel is a receptionist. On a first minute in the hotel depends an overall impression and mood of the guest. At the meeting we tried to create an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation guests to feel themselves at home."

Burykina Natalia - Head of Sales Department.
   Natalia graduated from St. - Petersburg State University of Service and Economics, Faculty of tourism and international economic relations. Natalia speaks French and English. In the hospitality industry she worked since 2007. Her study she successfully combined with practice. In NasHOTEL Natalie began to work in 2008 as a Senior Administrator of the reception. Since 2010 Natalia has been transferred to the position of reservation manager, and in January 2011, Natalia has been promoted to the position of Head of Sales Department. Natalia has eighteen years of experience in classical ballet. And Natalia loves to travel.

Denisova Ekaterina - Food & Beverage Manager.
   Ekaterina graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Culture and the Arts in 2009, Department of Culture. Ekaterina speaks German and English fluently. Since 2007, Ekaterina has successfully combined study and practice in the Radisson SAS Royal hotel, in the meeting and events department. Ekaterina joined NasHOTEL team in 2009, and in 2011 became F&B manager. Ekaterina is responsible for the organization of the restaurant, bar, room service and business and festive events. A distinctive feature of the restaurant service is an individual approach to each client and attention to customer care.
   Calm and measured pastime Ekaterina prefer active recreation and sport for 5 years it is engaged in modern dance. Ekaterina also loves traveling, especially in Germany.

Elena Andreeva - Reservations Manager.
   Elena graduated first from the St. Petersburg Technical College, and then the State University of Service and Economics in 2009. Faculty of tourism and international economic relations in economics and management in tourism and hospitality industry. Elena successfully combined study with practice. She worked as an agent in the travel agency, then in 2008 took the position of General Director of another travel company. Then Elena changed direction and moved into the hospitality industry. Prior to joining NasHOTEL team Elena almost a year worked in the reception desk of famous Astoria Hotel. Our team Elena joined in summer 2010 as a member of the same department, then in January 2011 was promoted to the position of Reservation manager. And if at the reception Helen was the face of our hotel, at this position she is our voice. Any guest who wishes to contact us by phone is greeted by Elena.
